HNLD Aluminum Industries Corp. is an aluminum deep-processing enterprise that mainly produces aluminum plate, strip and foil.
It has 28 casting and rolling production lines, 12 cold rolling production lines,10 foil rolling and 11 hydrophilic / coating production lines. It has invested 4.8 billion yuan and achieved an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons of aluminum sheet, strip and foil.
The company has advanced cold rolling, roll casting and coating production processes in the aluminum producing industry and the first Hazelett production line (continuous casting and rolling) in China.
The Technology R&D Center was awarded as the provincial aluminum sheet, strip and foil engineering technology research center, and obtained 5 patents.
It was also awarded CNAS national laboratory certification, ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environment) and three system certifications of GB / T28001(occupational health and safety), as well as US FDA certification for the food industry, KOSHER certification for the Jewish region , ROSH, REACH testing and MSDS certification for Germany, Europe and America.
The products cover 1, 3, 5, 6 and 8 series alloys and are widely used in household appliance, electronic communication, transportation, medicine, instrument packaging, printing, chemical industry, building material, decoration and other industries.

The export quantity of aluminum foil products (regular guage foils) with a thickness of 0.01 mm to 0.2 mm produced by HNLD reached 81,500 tons, accounted for 16.7% of the country's total exports and ranked first in 2018.
