TWZY Metal Powder Technologies Corp. is a professional metal injection molding (MIM) manufacturer. It was established in 1998 by a team of engineers. With their creative thinking, experience, and R&D capabilities in metal injection molding (MIM).
TWZY has become the leading MIM manufacturer in China.We also work closely with local university for new alloy developments and new manufacturing processes. Because of our engineers' creative thinking and our R&D department supports, our clients are now able to create more innovative solutions, such as parts consolidation and new designs. In addition, because of our strong supply chain management, high quality TWZY products are delivered within a short period of time to meet the requirements of fast-paced 3C industries.
The current equipment includes 28 injection molding machines , 8 debinding furnaces, 11 vacuum furnaces, and 5 kneaders. Our quality system is certified by ISO 9001, and we are working toward TS 16949 in this coming future.
It produce various powder metal products, custom metal products, and MIM (metal injection molding) products. Our products are applied in the following industries, and some examples are listed as follows:
Communications- hinges and antenna seats in cellular phones, fiber optic connectors, and crimp tools.
Computer products & PC peripherals- hinges, logos, cams, linkage parts,battery caps, and locks.
Hand tools (handtools)-locking clips, nail gun plates, gears, ratchets, and knobs.
Medical devices- biopsy tools, forceps, surgical scissors, knife (knives).
Others- small gears in toy cars, orthodontic tooth alignment parts, watch bands and cases, sights, triggers and guards in rifles.
