In order to reduce the cost of raw materials and improve the competitiveness of the company's products, The company plans to establish a joint venture with AMAL, each of which has a 50% interest. AMAL is responsible for supplying the spodumene concentrate to the joint venture at a cost price, and the company is responsible for processing the lithium concentrate of the joint venture into lithium hydroxide products. The joint venture will be responsible for the domestic and overseas sales of lithium hydroxide products.
