The traditional steel pipe production line is heated by a ring furnace, and it takes at least 12 hours to complete the production of titanium pipes from preparation to rolling. Under the new technology and new equipment conditions, HBHX has realized the smooth connection of titanium alloy tube and steel tube rolling. Titanium tubes and steel tubes of the same specification can be produced in parallel or cross production, which overcomes the shortcomings of the long preparation cycle of the previous titanium tube rolling production. Therefore, the production cycle of the tube is greatly shortened, and the production efficiency of the rolling line is improved. On the basis of ensuring the production capacity of the seamless tube rolling line, the production consumption of titanium alloy is further reduced, and the yield of the titanium tube is improved.
