On January 2, PPG announced that it has reached a final agreement on the acquisition of ProCoatings, a leading architectural coatings and coatings wholesaler based in the Netherlands. ProCoatings, founded in 2001, has nearly 100 employees and distributes a large portfolio of well-known professional coating brands through its network of 23 multi-brand stores.
