A new special steel material jointly designed by SDXW and the research and development personnel of the Institute of Metals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is the second series of products successfully developed after the successful research and development of ultra-pure materials for special fields. The product requires that the phosphorus content is less than 30ppm, the sulfur content is less than 10ppm, the titanium content is less than 5ppm, and the sum of the five harmful elements of lead, arsenic, tin, antimony and bismuth is less than 100ppm. The material also puts forward higher quality requirements for the oxygen content in the steel. The products are trial-produced with a number of new special steel technologies from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and original production processes, so that the products meet the high-quality requirements of high-end equipment materials in special fields.

In late February, the chief technical engineer and deputy chief engineer of Special Steel Company led the technical center and the technical personnel of the special material plant to guide the trial production of the first product of special steel new materials on site. In the production process, the new technology of rapid dephosphorization and desulfurization of molten steel, new technology of ultra-purified de-titanium refining, and innovative technologies such as deep deoxidation and ultra-pure refining of molten steel are adopted. The original production process solves the problem of ultra-low phosphorus, ultra-low sulfur, and ultra-low titanium. , Ultra-low oxygen and other technical problems. The sulfur content, phosphorus content, titanium content and oxygen content of the special steel new materials tested in the first furnace have reached high standard control indicators, marking the success of SDXW's development of another special steel new material.
