The 300MN isothermal die forging hydraulic press project is a major project jointly promoted by XASJ and Tianjin High-end Equipment Research Institute of Tsinghua University. The construction of the world's largest isothermal forging hydraulic press has broken through technical problems such as low-speed control, balance control, and pressure-holding control, and can effectively improve equipment rigidity and fatigue life. After the equipment is officially completed and put into production, it will mainly carry out the process development of isothermal forging and hot die forging, which is suitable for various difficult-to-deform alloy materials such as warm alloy, titanium alloy, powder alloy and large-scale structural parts with complex shapes, disc parts, and aviation development. The isothermal forging forming of high-end forgings such as blades is of great significance to the independent innovation and independent manufacturing of large-scale die forging structural parts and precision disc shaft isothermal forgings.
Prior to this, XASJ has successfully developed the world’s largest single-cylinder pressure 400MN large-scale aviation die forging hydraulic press and successfully put it into production. It has filled the gap in this field in China in one fell swoop, and has rapidly grown into a major supplier of super large forgings in China, providing a variety of models of aircraft in China.
