The customer has very strict requirements on product dimensions, weight and surface quality. The length requirements are controlled within ±0.1mm, the weight requirements are within ±10g, and the end surface roughness requirements are Rz≤0.025mm. In order to meet customer requirements, the unit has formulated detailed standardized workbooks during the production process to ensure that the entire product process is controlled and the product processing task is successfully completed.
