On December 20, 2018, the world's first DNV GL structural inspection center certification certificate issuing ceremony was held at Sinoma Blade Headquarters. DNV GL Renewable Energy Certification China Manager Zhao Guobin issued the Blade Structure Testing Center Certification to Sinoma Blade Chief Technology Officer Mr. Bart Roorda, which is also the world's first blade structure testing center certification issued by DNV GL.

Sinoma Blade Structure Inspection Center is located in Funing Company. It includes 2 indoor test benches and 2 outdoor test benches. It can perform full-size and full-life cycle inspection and verification for large blades of 120m-12MW class. Static and fatigue tests.
From October 30 to 31, 2018, DNV GL Renewable Energy China Manager and Project Manager and Blade Senior Engineer Mr. Zhao Guobin and Blade Senior Engineer Dr. Christopher Harrison performed on the quality system documents, field compliance and testing process of Blade Inspection Center A comprehensive audit and evaluation were conducted. After two days of intensive on-site audits, review experts gave a high degree of recognition to the testing center.
On December 14th, DNV GL's audit and certification of Sinoma Leaf Inspection Center (Funing) was successfully completed. On December 20, Sinoma Leaf Inspection Center certification was officially issued.
