Clariant anti-static / Electro-Static discharge (ESD) safety materials 3D printing materials: PLA, PET-G, PC ABS and electrostatic carbon fiber reinforced nylon PA6 / 66 CF20

More and more users in electronic appliances, semiconductors, automobiles and other industries have begun to introduce 3D printing technology, and have carried out a series of technical reforms in new product development, functional testing, production jigs and small batch parts production. The types of anti-static wires for FDM / FFF 3D printing technology include:

· Clariant anti-static PLA has excellent material properties and printability, avoids degradation and yellowing due to thermal oxidation, and has a good printing surface effect. It is suitable for printing anti-static components that do not require high material strength. 


· Clariant anti-static PET-G has high mechanical strength and processing performance, is easy to print, and meets the needs of 3D printing jigs, fixtures and other components.

· Clariant anti-static PC ABS, with high toughness, high impact strength, high temperature resistance and high dimensional stability, is suitable for the housing of precision electronic and mechanical components working in harsh industrial environments.

Clariant anti-static carbon fiber reinforced nylon PA6 / 66 CF20, made of special nylon PA6 / 66 combined with long carbon fiber, is a high strength, high chemical resistance and high temperature (160 degrees) material. Clariant's special formula reduces warpage and improves printability. It is suitable for printing large-sized, high-strength parts.

· Clariant anti-static TPU has high tensile strength, excellent wear resistance and high fluidity, which can meet the needs of customers for flexible anti-static materials.
