The ultra-high-strength alloy bar developed by NBBW is a copper-nickel-tin alloy with a strength of up to 1400 MPa, which is equivalent to beryllium copper C17200, and does not contain lead and beryllium. It is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. It is an ideal substitute for beryllium copper. Cu-Zn-Mn-Al-Si series copper-based multi-element alloy. The product is a high-strength wear-resistant copper alloy with &beta phase as the matrix and Mn-Si compound as the wear-resistant phase. PW23605 is an environmentally friendly wear-resistant copper alloy with a lead content of <0.1% and meets the EU RoHS directive.
