The medium voltage vacuum copper-chromium series contact material division specializes in the production of CuCr10-CuCr50 (containing Cr10%-50%) series of contact materials, which have excellent vacuum breaking and pressure resistance capabilities. It is widely used in the contact material of vacuum interrupter for vacuum circuit breakers of 126kV and below. It is currently the main contact material used in vacuum interrupter. ●Medium and high voltage tungsten copper series contact material division

The medium and high voltage tungsten copper series contact material division specializes in the production of copper-tungsten alloy materials, which have high voltage resistance and arc ablation resistance. It is widely used in various switch arc contacts, and is currently the most widely used contact material in various switches. The company has built production lines for producing copper-tungsten contact materials by means of vacuum infiltration, atmosphere protection infiltration, friction welding, electron beam welding, etc., and has the ability to provide 200,000 pieces of various copper and tungsten products to the market every year.

The product is manufactured by vacuum consumable arc melting process, and has the characteristics of low gas content, uniform microstructure and excellent consistency of product quality. It is widely used in 1.14KV-126kV voltage class vacuum switch field.

 

High performance CuCr₂ contact cup
 
The product is a core element applied to the vacuum arc quenching chamber. Our company uses vacuum casting process to produce CuCr₂ material. It has the characteristics of high conductivity, high strength and excellent high temperature resistance.

●Copper Busbar division

The copper busbar business unit is based on the fact that the company is the only domestic copper alloy company that has passed the rail transit IRIS certification. This business unit provides special-shaped copper busbars and flexible connections for rail transit locomotives to European and American foreign companies.

 

●High temperature alloy precision turbine disc division

In response to the domestic and foreign markets’ demands for high-precision precision machining of high-power diesel locomotives, gas turbines, and aero-engine superalloy turbine disks, the company introduced the world’s most advanced five-axis turning-milling composite machining center and two high-speed horizontal machining centers of 6 meters and 4.5 meters. The side broaching machine has built a high-temperature alloy turbine disc precision processing production line, which is the only private enterprise in China, and has supplied products to the domestic and international high-end markets in batches.

 

●Medical Products Division

Based on the company’s technical reserves and advantages in vacuum smelting copper alloy materials, at the request of Siemens Medical Business Department, we developed special performance copper alloy materials (copper nickel 44 manganese) and vacuum welding components for medical CT equipment X-ray tubes for them. And expanded to support this product for several well-known domestic and foreign enterprises.

The company has a unique ultra-low temperature (minus 196 degrees) production line for preparing high-quality low-oxygen metal chromium powder in China, which is one of the core technologies for the performance and quality assurance of copper-chromium series contact materials and chromium-zirconium-copper alloy materials.

In addition to satisfying the company’s use of high-quality chromium powder, it also supplies high-quality chromium powder to Siemens, GE and other European and American companies.

●High Voltage Products Division

The high-voltage products division specializes in the production of copper-chromium (VI), tungsten-copper (SF6) and chromium-zirconium-copper series electrical alloy materials, sputtering targets for vacuum coating, and electrode products for automotive welding.

 

High-speed rail transit motor rotor end ring (short circuit ring), as a part of the rotor winding, a general motor rotor needs two end rings (short circuit ring), the guide bar extended at both ends of the core with two end rings (short circuit ring) to connect all the two ends of the guide bar. It has excellent electric and thermal conductivity, high strength and high temperature softening resistance.

 

At present, the company has formed four major technical systems: melting casting, infiltration, cold and hot extrusion, and precision casting, which support the production and development of different products.

 

●Advanced Copper Alloy Material Preparation Division

The Advanced Copper Alloy Material Preparation Division mainly produces chromium-zirconium-copper alloy bars, wires, wires, other special alloys, master alloy materials and special-shaped casting products. Currently, it has multiple vacuum induction melting furnaces, non-vacuum intermediate frequency induction furnaces, forging, Machining and other equipment, the annual production of copper materials and products exceeds 3000T.
