Curbell Plastics acquires Nationwide Plastics, a manufacturer of precision injection molded parts

Curbell Plastics announced today that it has acquired Nationwide Plastic, a full-service distributor with extensive manufacturing and precision machining capabilities for plastic parts.

The move adds more than 50 employees of Nationwide Plastic and three plants in Arlington and Houston, TX and Jackson to the Curbell National Plastics Distribution Network, which now has a total of 22 locations. Curbell distributes high-performance plastic sheets, rods, tubes, films, adhesives, sealants and prototype materials for manufacturing.

Although Nationwide Plastic will operate as a division of Curbell in the near future, customers of each company will continue to gain access to the organization's technically-trained sales and business development teams and Curbell and Nationwide e-commerce sites to meet their Plastic demand.
