On March 22, SCPG Special Steel Technology Group produced more than 40 tons of high-end cold work die steel, totaling 134 pieces, which were inspected by the international third-party authority and sent to the German market.
Up to now, SCPG has shipped more than 300 tons of special steel products to Germany this year. The main varieties are high-end cold-work die steel and high-end plastic die steel. After these products enter the German market, there are three main destinations: 1. The user is directly processed into finished products and sold to downstream customers; 2. After the user is finished through heat treatment, high-precision equipment polishing, etc., it is cut into strips weighing 1 kg to 2 kg. Lumps, coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped in anti-rust paper, enter the boutique steel supermarket, and sold on the shelves like cakes; 3. Enter the German ordinary steel supermarket, users go to the site to buy and cut.
It is worth mentioning that SCPG special steel products that enter German supermarkets are sold in kilograms, and the price has risen by 5 to 8 times. After finishing the product, the width tolerance of high-end cold work die steel and plastic die steel is only 0.02 mm, and the thickness tolerance is only 0.01 mm.
At present, SCPG's D2 series products represented by high-end cold-worked die steels have key indicators such as intrinsic quality, hardness control, dimensional accuracy, and flatness, which all meet the production requirements of world-renowned companies such as CLAAS KGaA mbH and BMW and Benz supply special steel materials.
