Hennecke based in 2017 acquired Milan OMS Group and acquired OMS's U.S. agent, Polyurethane Processing Industries (PPI). PPI boss Mark Clark joined Hennecke.
Clark becomes Director of Engineering and Project Management. PPI opened in 2004 and became the sole supplier of OMS parts and equipment in the region.
In a statement, Hennecke stated that PPI, of Greensvaer, PA, began to transfer its operations to Hennecke in September 2018, and the process will be completed in May 2019.
Clark will continue to work with Hennecke-OMS equipment and support existing customers. Some PPI employees specializing in hybrid head repair and maintenance will join Hennecke.
The company said that PPI customers should contact Henneky in Pittsburgh for sales and services.
