HID FARGO INK1000 uses the new DOD drop-on-demand inkjet technology to print standard PVC cards, including laminated PVC with credit card structure, without the need to purchase special materials for cards. This is the first in the industry and is leading a new round of card printing reform.
INK1000 contains specially formulated inks to create fade-resistant images and text that comply with standard PVC cards. Compared with traditional ribbon printers, one ink cartridge can produce hundreds of cards, reducing the waste of consumables and significantly increasing the total cost of ownership (TCO).
Plug and play excellent high-definition print quality
HID FARGO INK1000 adopts easy-to-install plug-in cartridges, small in size and plug-and-play, making inkjet printers as easy to use as home and office printers, and bringing you excellent performance and extremely stable quality.
INK1000 has a high-definition printing resolution of up to 600dpi x 1200dpi, which can print clear and sharp images, easy-to-recognize text and barcodes. INK1000 can also realize true edge-to-edge full-format printing, which means goodbye to the white edge problem of direct printing.
Excellent image durability heating technology and specially formulated ink support the adhesion of the ink to the card, fast drying and UV stability to prevent image fading. And thanks to the inherent UV stability of the ink, even without the use of expensive film protection, it has better UV resistance to fading than traditional direct printing card machines.
INK1000 can also choose HID OMNIKEY5127CK mini card reader. The reader function supports non-contact coding, which is very suitable for printing non-contact access control cards such as employee IDs and student IDs, attendance cards and gift cards that use barcodes/QR codes. And points stored-value cards, and financial cards.
