After the project is completed and put into operation, the company's overall production capacity of reflective film products will be significantly increased, and the quality and technological upgrade of reflective film products for liquid crystal displays will be promoted.
On August 27, NBDX released its semi-annual report for 2019, showing that in the first half of 2019, operating income was 1.087 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.88%; net profit was 35.771 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.85%.
According to the report, in the first half of this year, the revenue of the NBDX capacitor film business was 141.98 million yuan, a decrease of 10.5% year-on-year; the revenue of the backing film and insulating material business was 35.423 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 1.74%; the optical film business revenue was 160.3 million yuan, Down 6.78%.
The company has the production capacity of 16,000 tons of polypropylene film for capacitors and the production potential of 5,000 tons of polyester film for capacitors. In addition, the company has an annual output capacity of 55,000 tons of solar cell backing film, and an annual output of 20,000 tons of optical grade polyester film project can be used to produce backing film.
The company's annual output of 16,000 tons of optical film coating project, the diffusion film for liquid crystal displays, has continued to supply to key customers in batches, and has developed graphene conductive films and brightening film back coating products.
At the same time, the company's "90 million square meters of lithium battery separator project" has achieved accelerated trial production.
