On July 20, Italian specialty polymer company Radici Group Performance Plastics announced that Swiss distributor Hromatka Group will serve as its new distributor of engineering plastics in Eastern Europe.
As part of the agreement, Hromatka and its subsidiaries, including Aectra Plastics and Plastoplan Polska, will distribute polyamide and PBT materials in the Radici product portfolio. These materials are sold under the trade names Radilon, Heramid, Radiflam, Radistrong and Raditer.
The Italian polymer group said the move was part of a strategy to strengthen its market position in Eastern Europe and increase market share and product convenience in the region, particularly in Poland, Romania and Bulgaria.
Hromatka Group, headquartered in Esch, Switzerland, is a leading plastic compounding and distribution group with operations in 10 European countries.
