Hypetex, a British advanced color material supplier, and Composite Envisions, a US composite material distributor, have cooperated to launch a series of color carbon fiber products to the US market. Hypetex said that Composite Envisions is committed to serving the composite material industry, has a good reputation among customers, and will become an ideal partner.
It is said that Hypetex's colored carbon fiber products retain the mechanical properties of the original carbon fiber materials and can provide a variety of color options. Hypetex said that its natural color carbon fiber technology reduces post-processing costs, improves the low efficiency status, and provides customers with environmentally friendly solutions.
Hypetes has signed an agreement with British Sigmatex in May 2020 to provide the latter with custom-textured colored carbon fiber fabrics. In November 2020, an agreement was signed with the British SHD Composites Company to jointly develop colored carbon fiber prepregs using the latter's MTC epoxy resin system.
