Belltron® conductive fiber is based on polyester or nylon and adopts special composite spinning technology to add high-performance conductive material to achieve permanent antistatic of the fiber and become a universal antistatic product in different fields around the world.
Advantages
1. It can be permanently antistatic by adding a small amount: only need to add 0.5-3% to be permanently antistatic.
2. Washing resistance, bending resistance, high temperature resistance: 100 times of industrial washing, no change in conductivity. The physical properties are similar to ordinary polyester yarn or nylon yarn, and it is resistant to washing, bending and high temperature.
3. It can also achieve antistatic effect in dry environment, and can be used in combination with waterproof treatment and composite material treatment.
