XAFE Metal Fiber Filter Material Technology Group was established in 1993. It is one of the earliest high-tech enterprises engaged in the research and development of metal fibers and their products in China. The predecessor was the Powder Metallurgy Research Institute of SXXB Nonferrous Metal Research Institute, which is now a listed company.
The company has 278 million yuan in assets, 35,000 square meters of workshop, and nearly 300 sets of equipment. There are 226 employees, including 35 professors, senior engineers, and graduates with master degree or above.
XAFE has undertaken two national key industrial projects and one national "863 Program". Metal fiber and sintered products won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, two national key new products, two provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress first prizes, more than 20 authorized patents, two drafts of national standards, and one standard. It was recognized as a high-tech enterprise in 2009 and has passed the ISO9000 quality system, ISO14000 environmental management system, OHSAS18000 occupational safety and health management system, and GB/T29490-2013 intellectual property management system.
The company's main production equipment and inspection equipment are imported from abroad, the main products are metal fiber, metal fiber sintered felt, multi-layer metal sintered mesh, metal filter and other metal porous materials. The company has formed an annual production capacity of 500 tons of metal fibers and an annual sintered filter material of 300,000 square meters, becoming an important manufacturer of metal fibers and their products. The company's product quality has reached the international advanced level, and has been widely used in chemical fiber, petrochemical, textile, environmental protection, automotive, electrical appliances and other fields.
