In addition to the soft surface (VS), excellent adhesion (AD) and high mechanical (HM) characteristics, this high-tech TPE also provides a wide range of design freedom and cost-effective processing technology.

The clip is made of ABS copolymer with TPE injection molded inside for reliable insulation. The texture of TPE makes the headband and clip stress-free and comfortable.
The selected THERMOLAST K composite material combines the hardness of 60 Shore A, high tensile strength, tear strength and breaking strength. The wear-resistant surface can resist the erosion of sebum, cream and ordinary household detergent for a long time. In addition, TPE meets the requirements of ISO 10993-10 for non-irritating tolerance of materials in contact with the skin.
The Protos overall headset is specially developed for capsule protective earmuffs. It has the advantages of modular structure and compact size. It has less protrusion when worn and small packaging when folded. All materials in the headset are customized to match their function.
