Copper alloy sheet and foil as its main products can be widely used in new-generation electronic information, high-end equipment, new energy vehicles, advanced rail transit, aerospace and other industries, and it is also the core basic material. In recent years, especially with the rapid development of the electronic information industry, the demand for high-precision copper alloy plates and strips has increased year by year. But for a long time, the supply of high-performance metal materials has been constrained by foreign manufacturers because of technical barriers. The ZJWJ project is exactly the international standard for benchmarking, which can effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of products in the domestic market after reaching production.

The person in charge of the project admits that this is indeed a high-threshold industry, one is large investment, and the other is high technical requirements. At present, the first phase of the project with an annual output of 100,000 tons has a total investment of 1.06 billion yuan, including 630 million yuan in fixed assets. ZJWJ will also become the largest copper alloy plate and strip production base in Asia after the completion of the second phase of the 50,000-ton annual project. In order to consolidate the technical reserve, as early as the project started, the company has hired experts from Japan and Italy to carry out relevant R & D work, and also established strategic cooperation relations with Beijing Nonferrous Metal Research Institute, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, and gathered a group of professional Including metallurgy, metal materials, rolling processing, analytical testing and other highly skilled professionals, and plans to enter the New Materials Research Institute this year.

"In terms of thickness, our thinnest can be 0.02mm, which is equivalent to one fifth of the hair, and the tolerance can be controlled at about 0.002mm. The surface defects are also at the level of one thousandth of a millimeter."
