The equipment integrates the functions of free forging, die forging, vertical extrusion and isothermal die forging. The clean space of the press column far exceeds the parameters of similar equipment, and the forging process of a new type of aerospace rocket is realized on this equipment. The total investment of HNZC is about 8 billion, and the construction is divided into two phases. Among them: the first phase of the project focuses on the field of new aerospace materials, with an investment of about 3 billion yuan and a land demand of about 550 Mu. It mainly produces aluminum-lithium alloy ingots, thin-walled parts, ring-tube parts and welding parts. 3 billion yuan;

 

The second phase of the project is planned to invest about 5 billion yuan, and the land demand will increase by 350 Mu.
