CZSJ Electronic Material Technology Co., Ltd. is currently the only Chinese enterprise that has entered the world market in the field of vacuum sputtering thin film materials (commonly known as "target materials"). Products include large size high-purity molybdenum targets, aluminum targets, copper targets, and titanium targets used in the manufacture of flat display panels.
The company's core R & D team comes from a number of international top material technology companies. The company has built China's first production line from molybdenum powder mixing to molybdenum targets, and from aluminum ingots to aluminum targets, and has completed online product testing and final testing systems. The project broke the monopoly of foreign target companies on large-scale molybdenum target production equipment and process technology for flat panel display panels. CZSJ's "new large-scale high-purity target for flat panel display" obtained the National Key New Product Certificate recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China In 2012, it was approved as "National High-tech Enterprise".
The CZSJ research and development team continues to enter the world's high-end ultra-high-purity target technology field, with a 2.3-meter mill as the main body, China's first ultra-high-purity target from molybdenum powder mixing to molybdenum target, from aluminum ingot to aluminum target, etc. A dedicated new production line was put into production in the second half of 2015, and CZSJ can produce high-purity targets for all generations of flat panel displays from small to extra large.
