The vertical vapor deposition high-performance synthetic quartz glass developed by ZCRG Quartz Glass Technology Corporation has achieved significant breakthroughs.
ZCRG can now produce the largest 600mm single quartz glass lump in China, with a mass weight of 200kg, and can process various high-performance quartz glass sheets with sizes ranging from 10 to 900mm.

Large size and high-performance optical quartz glass has excellent physical and chemical properties, and its optical uniformity, stress, and resistance to cosmic ray irradiation can reach the international level of similar materials. It is used as an optical lens, window, and other applications in the aerospace field.
Due to its excellent thermal shock resistance, high spectral transmittance, high laser damage threshold, and good processability, it is an indispensable key material in major national engineering, information industry, precision optics, and other fields.
ZCRG has conquered multiple key technologies, formed a series of material preparation technologies and process equipment with fully independent intellectual property rights, solved major fundamental theoretical problems in the preparation and service process of quartz glass, and conquered common key technologies. The technical team has won the second prize of the Science and Technology Innovation Award of the Optical Engineering Society.
