Marvell announced the acquisition of US analog chip manufacturer Inphi for a total price of US$10 billion

On October 29, Marvell Technology Group announced that it had reached an agreement with Inphi, a US analog chip manufacturer, for Marvell to acquire Inphi in a cash and stock transaction totaling US$10 billion. After the merger and reorganization, the overall enterprise value is approximately US$40 billion.
