The factory covers an area of 120 acres, with a construction area of 60,000 square meters, and a total investment of about 800 million yuan. The factory is equipped with complete automated production equipment such as aluminum alloy forging and machining, ball head machining and assembly, and control arm assembly assembly.
NBTP entered the field of automotive suspension systems in 1996. After nearly two decades of iterative upgrades in the forging production process, it has successively overcome many difficulties in the automation and quality control of the forging field, and realized flexible automation and digital error prevention in the whole process. control. With the launch of the suspension system production base, NBTP has a total of nearly 30 suspension aluminum alloy fully automated forging lines including the German SCHULER production line.
NBTP has the development capabilities at the component level, module level, and system level in the chassis field. In the lightweight field, it has complete independent design, development and production capabilities for spherical hinges, forged bodies, and hydraulic bushings.
