High-performance Aramid Fiber

High-performance aramid fiber has the advantages of high temperature resistance, flame retardant, insulation, abrasion resistance and good dimensional stability. Polyamide fiber has a full meta structure, and its chemical name is polyisophthaloyl metaphenylenediamine, which belongs to the aromatic polyamide fiber series. Aramid paper has almost no effect on electrical and mechanical properties when the temperature is not higher than 200 ℃. The performance can be maintained for a long time even at 220 ℃.

Aramid paper passed the US UL94 flame retardant certification (E320646) in 2008; the inherent characteristics built on the internal molecular structure are non-toxic and harmless, and fully meet the requirements of green environmental protection.

Mechanical strength 

The surface of the calendered aramid paper is smooth and wear-resistant, with high tensile strength and good tear resistance, which is favorable for processing or forming.

Chemically compatible

Aramid paper is not affected by most solvents and is very resistant to acids, alkalis and ketones. Compatible with all types of insulation paints, adhesives, transformer oils and other components of electrical equipment.
