At present, NBZD Semiconductor Technology Group's new 6-inch silicon carbide substrate and epitaxial wafer, silicon carbide-based gallium nitride epitaxial wafer production line has entered the customer certification stage, and mass production will be realized as soon as early next year.
According to reports, the project was officially launched in 2018. According to the plan, the designed annual production capacity of this third-generation semiconductor project will reach 80,000 pieces, and the annual sales after production will reach 600 million yuan.
