The operation and maintenance plan includes consulting, remote diagnosis services, power diagnostic centers, visual inspection and maintenance analysis, edge computing solutions, KPI index analysis and benchmarking, etc., and digital means to achieve early warning, diagnosis, maintenance strategy analysis, and decision-making and maintenance execution. . Based on Siemens' past customer experience estimates, after deploying this operation and maintenance solution for coal-fired power plants, unplanned downtime can be reduced by 7%, unplanned load reduction operations can be reduced by 8%, and operation and maintenance labor costs can be reduced by up to 20%; For gas turbine power plants, unplanned downtime can be reduced by 13%, unplanned load reduction operations can be reduced by 16%, and operation and maintenance labor costs can be reduced by 33%.

So far, Siemens has set up 20 MindSphere application centers around the world, with business areas covering industrial, power generation, transportation, and smart city businesses.
