CZSD’s fund-raising will be used to build new stainless steel and alloy steel seamless steel pipe manufacturing projects for special equipment and to supplement the company’s working capital.
CZSD is mainly engaged in the production, research and development and sales of seamless steel pipes for various industrial energy equipment. In terms of performance, Shengde Xintai’s 2019 revenue was 905 million yuan, and its parent net profit was 69,881,100 yuan. In the past three years, the company’s main business gross profit margin was 17.04%, 17.64% and 17.68% respectively.
