The third-generation SOREMA advanced pre-cleaning production line with different processing capacity is the company's market-oriented solution's innovative technological achievements.
The system can use hot and / or cold water to treat heavily contaminated PET bottles and process them into high-quality rPET chips, reducing operating costs while reducing energy, chemical and water consumption.
Because the machine uses a combination of centrifugal and impact separators, it can purify the surface of the bottle and remove labels, including shrink labels, while minimizing material loss. In addition, water is not allowed to enter the bottle during this process.
Since the bottle is clean and without labels and water droplets during processing, the efficiency of all recycling operations is improved, and the washed materials can be sorted and crushed after the pre-washing stage.
The other important advantages of the new SOREMA pre-cleaning technology are that it minimizes wearing parts, is easy to maintain during operation, has low maintenance costs, and significantly reduces the space required.
