Teijin Group of Japan announced on February 27 that the company invested in the acquisition of Renegade Materials Corporation in the United States and turned it into a wholly-owned subsidiary. Renegade is the world's leading manufacturer of high-temperature thermosetting prepregs for aviation.
The acquisition is expected to be completed within the spring of 2019.
