Recently, China's leading high-pressure valve manufacturer, LZGY High-Pressure Valve Technology Group, an invention patent "CW6MC alloy high temperature and high pressure oxygen check valve and its casting process" won the third prize of provincial patent.
The production and casting process of CW6MC alloy high temperature and high pressure oxygen check valve is a competition between Chinese technology and foreign technology. The technical difficulty of this valve is casting and alloy smelting. Under the leadership of the chief engineer of the R&D department, Le Jinghua, we have made key technological breakthroughs. From the casting process of the valve to the use of tight caps and oxygen to protect the remelting and the key parts of the valve, repeated demonstration experiments have been carried out to ensure the quality and accuracy of the valve.
