Especially for thin-walled titanium tubes, the seamless rolling process cannot meet its technical requirements. After the rolling or drawing process, it is difficult for titanium seamless pipes to achieve a wall thickness of less than 1 mm; while titanium welded pipes can achieve a wall thickness of 0.5 mm or less, saving a lot of materials and costs. The production process of titanium seamless tube is complicated.
