Hay Think recently learned from JSHG Precision Machinery Manufacturing Corporation that the new product solenoid valve developed and produced by the company has been supplied to a well-known joint venture automobile enterprise in small batches and applied to the intelligent braking system.
This new solenoid valve breaks the monopoly of foreign technology and fills the gap in the Chinese market.
Solenoid valve is the core component of automobile intelligent braking system. Due to its high manufacturing precision and the combination of software and hardware, the production technology has been monopolized by foreign countries for a long time.
At the beginning of 2021, JSHG was commissioned by the OEM automobile company to develop the solenoid valve for the intelligent braking system.
"At present, solenoid valve products have been assembled on the intelligent brake system in small batches for performance adjustment, and further performance indicators such as flow rate and air tightness have been tested." Dr. Chen, CTO of JSHG, introduced.
It is the second time that JSHG has filled the technical gap in related fields in China by successfully developing and manufacturing the solenoid valve for the intelligent braking system.
In 2018, JSHG was commissioned by Bosch Group to develop fuel metering valves, which were supplied to its Chinese subsidiary RBCD for use in diesel engine fuel systems.
Filling China's technological gap twice reflects JSHG's pursuit of technological innovation.
In 2005, Japan's Denso Group came to JSHG to inspect the drive housing of the diesel engine advancer. At that time, the production scale of JSHG was not large, but the management team was all technical, and had a strict and perfect quality management system, and was selected as a partner by Denso Group.
The cooperation with Denso Group is a turning point in the development of JSHG.
