BTGT has begun to be used in batches in products such as wear-resistant steel, pipeline steel, and high-strength steel. At present, rare earth steel produced by using rare earth ferroalloys has been applied in the Daxing International Airport, the Sino-Russian Eastern Route, the Shaanxi-Beijing Fourth Route and other gas pipelines, the "China Sky Eye" FAST large radio telescope sightseeing bridge, automobiles, and home appliances.
