Invest billions and build a 10000 ton production line
On October 19, 2023, China's leading manufacturer of alumina fiber products, SHRR Advanced Materials Technology Corporation, held a grand ceremony for the production of alumina fiber production bases.
The alumina fiber production project has a total investment of approximately 10.7 billion yuan, with an annual production capacity of approximately 12500 tons of alumina fiber products. It is the largest alumina fiber product monomer factory project in China.
Aluminum oxide fiber is an internationally recognized new generation of main material for high-temperature resistant hot end components, suitable for high-end fields such as aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, thermoelectric, petrochemical, semiconductor, automotive, and high-temperature furnaces.
SHRR focuses on the research and production of high-temperature resistant alumina continuous fibers. Previously, SHRR only had a production capacity of 400 tons/year for alumina continuous fibers and filament products, and 600 tons/year for alumina short fibers, which was far from meeting the market's demand for high-end alumina fibers.
In 2012, SHRR became the third enterprise in the world and the first in China to have the industrial production capacity of alumina continuous fibers. At present, the main products include a series of alumina continuous fibers, fabrics, woven belts, ropes, sleeves, yarns, sewing threads, needle punched blankets, etc.
The product is widely used in high-end composite materials such as resins, metals, ceramics, etc.
