Maximum homogeneous ingot
XAXB conquered the preparation technology of super large-size and high-homogeneous titanium alloy ingots, and used the vacuum consumable arc melting (VAR) process to produce the first high-homogeneous, low-gap TC4 titanium alloy cast with a unit weight of 12.8 tons and a diameter of 1020 mm in China. Ingot, its specification and weight reach the first in China.
Maximum tonnage slab
XAXB broke through the forging technology of 10t-level high-level and super-sized titanium alloy slabs, and produced the high-quality TC4 titanium alloy slab with the largest unit weight (9.8t) in China. The finished slab has a thickness of 390mm, uniform structure and ultrasonic flaw detection level. It reaches Φ1.2mm-0~-3dB, which is the highest level in China and the international advanced level.
Maximum specification sheet
XAXB has successfully produced the largest size TC4 titanium alloy sheet in China with a width exceeding 3500mm. The net size is 42×3660×12530mm, and the product performance and organization meet the index requirements, which is at the international advanced level.
