ZJTT Crystal Material Technology Corporation is committed to R&D and production of lithium tantalate crystal and lithium niobate crystal materials.

In 2016, the invention achievement of the ZJTT R&D team, "A Directional Processing Method Based on Horizontal Sensor Localization of Crystals," was granted an invention patent by PCT (Japan), marking China's successful breaking of foreign monopolies in the research and production of crystal materials.

In 2018, the company developed and produced a 6-inch lithium niobate chip for surface acoustic wave devices (TC-SAW), which was recognized as the first equipment in China in 2018;

Since March 2019, ZJTT has taken the lead in undertaking the revision task of the international standard "Specifications and Measurement Methods for Single Crystal Wafers for Surface Acoustic Wave Devices";

In April 2019, the company's R&D team's invention achievement "A Cleaning Method for Lithium Niobate Single sided Polishing Tablets" was granted a national invention patent;

In June 2022, the company's R&D team's invention "A Method for Growing 6-inch lithium tantalate Crystal" won the national invention patent again.

On the 2021 Science and Technology Awards list released in August 2022, the surface acoustic wave materials and device technology and industrialization achievements jointly developed by ZJTT and Tsinghua University have won first prize.

In October 2022, the "surface acoustic wave level lithium tantalate chip" developed and produced by the company was also identified as the first batch of new materials in China in 2022.
