Straight and spiral bimetallic metallurgical composite pipes:

Using high-temperature rolled metallurgical composite plates or coils as raw materials, modern advanced pipe making technology (UOE, JCOE, COE, SAWH) is used to form pipe billets, and welding is completed using combination automatic welding processes such as submerged arc welding (SAWL or SAWH) and argon arc welding (TIG).

This product has extremely stable welding quality and high dimensional accuracy. The composite plate or coil adopts high-temperature rolling process, which can achieve metallurgical bonding between the corrosion-resistant coating and the base layer. The bonding force can reach over 200MPa, the bonding area rate can reach over 99.9%, and the performance is stable and reliable. The coating can meet the special corrosion resistance performance requirements, and the base layer can meet the strength and stiffness requirements of the structure.

Seamless and welded bimetallic mechanically lined composite pipes:

Using seamless or welded carbon steel pipes as the outer base layer and corrosion-resistant alloy steel pipes as the inner corrosion layer, the mechanical lining composite pipe is formed by combining the inner and outer steel pipes using the enterprise's independently innovated ultimate elastic water pressure composite method.

Through this composite process, the optimal composite effect of the mechanical lining can be achieved, and the gripping force between the inner and outer layers of metal can reach 2.0MPa (relevant standard requirements are 0.2-0.5MPa). At the same time, a dedicated CNC machine tool has been developed for automatic pipe end surfacing welding process and pipe end groove processing, which can process complex shaped grooves such as U-shaped grooves and ensure the consistency of pipe diameter and groove size at the pipe end, in order to facilitate on-site docking of steel pipes.

Product materials

Base metal materials: Q235B, Q345B, Q245R, Q345R, 16MnDR, L245-L485 (API 5L Gr. B, X42-X70), other base materials can be selected according to user requirements.

Composite alloy grades: S30408 (TP304), S30403 (TP304L), S31608 (TP316), S31603 (TP316L), S32168 (TP321), S31803 (LC2205), S31260 (LC2506), N06625 (ASTM B443 625), N08825 (ASTM B424 825), and other corrosion-resistant composite materials can be selected according to user requirements.

Equipment and Technology

The company has two 356 and one 711 continuous forming stainless steel welded pipe production lines, equipped with advanced welding and non-destructive testing equipment online, and can perform solid solution treatment online. The production automation is high, and the process control is stable and reliable.

The company also has multiple production lines for JCOE, UOE, and roll forming, which can use single sheet forming stainless steel welded pipes. The produced stainless steel pipes have a large diameter and thick wall thickness, and the production line is equipped with advanced welding and non-destructive testing equipment.
