On March 5, 2023, China Special Equipment Safety Supervision Bureau held a technical demonstration meeting on the feasibility of using 08Cr9W3Co3VNbCuBN high performance steel for the 630 ℃ ultra supercritical demonstration project, and carried out further technical demonstration on the feasibility of using high-performance Martensite heat resistant steel materials for the 630 ℃ ultra supercritical demonstration project.

High performance Martensite heat resistant steel is a high performance Martensite heat resistant steel developed by BWTY Special Smelting Technology Corporation.

After more than ten years of technological upgrades and product iterations, BWTY has successfully developed the world's first mature new material that can be used in the temperature range of 630 ℃ to 650 ℃, providing material support for China's construction of the world's first 630 ℃ ultra supercritical 1000MW secondary reheat unit.

High performance Martensite heat-resistant steel not only provides key support materials for the construction of higher parameter thermal power units, but also has the conditions to be used in chemical engineering, coal chemical industry, fourth generation nuclear power, new energy, solid oxide fuel cell and other fields. High performance Martensite heat-resistant steel has been successfully used in two 630 ℃ ultra supercritical (1000MW) secondary reheat units in Yuncheng, Datang. G115 steel has been tested for high-temperature and high-pressure components such as high-temperature superheater outlet header, high-temperature reheater outlet header, main steam and reheat hot section pipes.
