PC/PMMA co extruded film is an optical grade composite plate with a transparent glass like effect. It is made by co extrusion of PMMA and PC, including PMMA layer and PC layer. Its surface hardness can reach the hardness of acrylic after hardening, and it also has the toughness of PC sheet material, which can withstand higher strength impacts.
After texture production, a good flowing and dazzling glass effect can be obtained. It has performance advantages such as high plasticity, high hardness, and good scratch resistance, overcoming the problem of glass and ceramic materials falling and being easily broken.
At present, optical grade composite panels are mainly used in the mobile phone and car central control market, with application points such as mobile phone covers and car central control display screens.
