At present, the company's ultra thin flexible glass UTG project (Phase I, 2 million pieces) has been delivered in batches, and the yield has maintained a good level. At the same time, the company is also developing different process routes, iterative product development, etc., to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of the project.

The company's ultra thin flexible glass UTG project phase II 15 million pieces project is expected to be put into operation at the beginning of 2023.

The company's one-time shaped glass related patents have been authorized in the first half of this year. One shot glass forming technology is to directly pull 30-70 μ m thick glass from the glass furnace and finish the UTG glass directly, without a large amount of chemical thinning of the glass.

As more yield will be lost in the glass thinning process, it is expected to further improve the overall yield of the company's UTG and reduce production costs after the successful mass production of the primary formed glass sheets.

Ultra thin flexible glass UTG is not only used for folding screen, but also for a wider range of purposes.

AHKS has started the construction of 6000t/a spherical material project for electronic packaging. After the completion of the project, the total capacity will reach 14000 tons, becoming an incremental product of the application material sector.

High purity synthetic silica is mainly used in semiconductor, optical communication, photovoltaic and other fields. It is one of the key raw materials for the production of high-end semiconductor devices, and can be used as the inner layer material of N-type silicon wafer crucible, quartz glass tube/rod, quartz mound, etc.

At present, the company has an annual production capacity of 5000 tons of high-purity synthetic silica.
