On the morning of November 13, the newly-built PMMA (acrylic) transparent sound insulation board project for urban rail transit with an annual output of 15,000 tons by ZJHS Sound Insulation Material Technology Group was officially put into production.
It is understood that in order to further enhance product competitiveness and break the monopoly of foreign companies in the field of acrylic panels, ZJHS launched the construction of an annual output of 15,000 tons of PMMA (acrylic) sound insulation panels for urban rail transit in 2017.
The project has a total investment of 130 million yuan. Through the introduction of DCS automated control system, MES production management system and AGV automated logistics system, a highly automated and accurate production line of cast acrylic panels has been built, laying a solid foundation for future entry into the aviation and military fields.
Yin Genhua, Chairman of ZJHS, said: “In the past, PMMA (acrylic) new materials in national key projects and high-end fields were technically blocked by foreign countries, but today, we have the world`s first high-digital and automated PMMA sheet production line. We have sufficient Confidence breaks foreign monopolies in product technology and quality, and plays a role in supporting the development of key national projects and innovative fields."
