The overall construction period of the high-end cold-rolled oriented silicon steel project is 4 years and will be constructed in 2 phases. The first phase will have a production capacity of 80,000 tons and a construction period of 2 years. The rolling mill will produce coils at the end of December 2020. It will be fully put into operation in 2021, reaching a production period of 2 years. The second phase will have a production capacity of 80,000 tons. Construction will begin in 2023. The construction period will be 1.5 years. It is planned to be put into operation at the end of December 2024, reaching a production period of 1 year. After it is fully completed, it will have an annual output of 160,000 tons of high-grade cold-rolled oriented silicon steel.
