It is understood that low-alloy high-strength steel is strengthened by adding micro-alloying elements such as niobium, titanium, vanadium and other micro-alloying elements to low-carbon steel to form carbonitride precipitation to achieve higher strength. As an important product series in cold-rolled high-strength steel, this product has both high strength and good weldability, and is widely used in the automotive industry. It can be used as general body structural parts such as roof beams, floor beams, and door reinforcement beams. , Seat back panel and other automotive reinforcement safety parts.

Since the beginning of this year, HBTG has insisted on promoting cost reduction and price increase through technological upgrading. In the acid rolling process, the R&D center team of the company's cold rolling division carried out work hardening experiments, designed a rolling model, and successfully achieved 0.5mm ultra-thin rolling;


In the annealing process section, through the optimization and matching of process parameters such as furnace temperature and belt speed, the overall production process is guaranteed to be stable, and the mechanical properties and surface quality of the products all meet the standard requirements.


At the same time, the R&D center team readjusted and optimized the alloy ratio in the composition by using the characteristics of the continuous production line "equipped with ultra-fast cooling, pre-oxidation, and online scanning cooling – differential cooling technology" to reduce the manufacturing cost and further expand the Product creation space.
