"The project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan and a total of 4 PET foam core material production lines. Upon completion of construction, it is expected to produce 120,000 cubic meters of new PET core material annually. Equipment for PET foam core material production lines 1 and 2 is customized from Germany At present, commissioning has been completed and trial production is in progress, and the other two production lines will arrive in the second half of the year.
The new PET core material is a non-toxic, environmentally friendly and renewable new material. It can replace the existing PVC and balsa wood materials in the field of wind power generation. It has the characteristics of high strength and light weight. The PET material produced in this project is industrial structural foam material, which is different from general consumer PET materials. It has the characteristics of high strength, stable performance, flame retardant, environmental protection, etc. The products can be used in aerospace, wind power, high-speed rail, new energy vehicles Composite materials and precision parts in high-tech fields. At present, only four companies in the world can produce the same type of material. Compared with similar products on the market, the PET material produced by SDMD has obvious advantages in mechanical properties, production technology, and processing technology. In particular, it can produce structural high-strength PET materials with a maximum width of up to 55cm. It is the only company in the world that can produce wide-width PET materials. The maximum width of similar products in the industry is only 10cm, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the product. , Broaden the product application field, and effectively reduce production costs.
