Thermoplastic continuous fiber composite material products can be used in the fields of 3C shells, interior and exterior decoration and structural parts for automobiles and rail transit, luggage cases, etc. GZAF composite products include woven fibers and unidirectional fibers. Thermoplastics will cover general advanced engineering plastics (PA / PP / PC / TPU / ABS, etc.) and high temperature resistant (PPS / PEEK, etc.) advanced composite materials. In addition, at this stage, it is also focusing on the manufacture and development of continuous thermoplastic composite materials for 5G signal shielding.
In terms of supply chain integration, it will work closely with raw material suppliers in Taiwan and Japan, and cooperate with molding manufacturers on the molding process to achieve a win-win situation. In terms of R & D technology, GZAF Technology Group is planning to invest in Taiwan to establish a global R & D technology center, which will conduct high-performance continuous fiber composite process technology, application development and patent research with Taiwan and world-renowned universities and research institutions.
At present, GZAF Technology Group is the world's main supplier of pultrusion carbon fiber sheet for wind turbine blades, and has a huge market share. GZAF Technology Group will invest in a large-scale pultrusion carbon plate production line second production base in Taiwan Market demand for onshore and offshore wind turbine blades in Taiwan, India, Europe and the United States.
